Service Performance Manager (1242)
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager, this is a new role that will directly contribute to the levels of service we offer our clients and customers. You will be working across an area of the country covering up to 4 depots, taking ownership of the compliance and governance relationship between the company and it's sub-contracted delivery partners, including ensuring they are trained to out high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities -
- New Sub-contractor vetting
- Conduct training of new sub-contractors including onsite / offsite
- Onboarding subcontractors with all necessary documents including training sign-offs
- Manager and control contractor compliance including Contractual / Insurance / DBS / Right to work
- Develop new Training material in line with new products / clients
- Manage training timetable
- Working with key stakeholders to develop new onboarding training material
- Working with National Contract Manager in developing new sub-contractor audit document
- Working with National Contract Manager and key stakeholders in developing a performance reporting document which includes claims / enquires / delivery performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships the depot, namely the Depot Manager, and key stakeholder across the organisation through effective communication skills resulting in understanding of requirements / performance of our sub-contractor network
- Cost leadership and driving financial control through cost control of uplift payment, authorising / rejecting payment requests from our sub-contractors
- Monthly / Weekly meetings with our sub-contractors which include performance / claims / documentation audits
Skills and Experience -
- Previous experience of coaching, supporting and motivating colleagues
- Confident in the ability to deliver training to groups at high standards
- Problem Solving , attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating across different departments.
- in handling multi-site operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Driven to meet time deadlines and complete tasks thoroughly.
- Ability to coordinate between departments.
